Event Details

Bonefrog brought it’s Navy Seal experience back to central Florida! It may have been in the same location at Rock Springs Run State Reserve, but the course was designed tougher & well marked while hosting a range of challenges including some new obstacles like the Shipboarding Obstacle & the biggest cargo net climb we have ever seen! You choose your course between sprint, challenge, tier-1 or endurance. Kids want to show you how it’s done? The Bonefrog kids course is ready for some action.

This is a great run for? For all types of athletes, from beginner to elite trying for top placements medals. Just know the distance you want to conquer
Additional recommendations for those planning to run this event are? Bring a friend! It’s always better to run / compete with people you know.
Overall I would rate this run? (1 – 5 star; 5 is best) 5 Stars. Everything you would expect out of a great OCR event. Educated staff & volunteers, well marked course, cool medals, and a great after party for everyone to hangout in and hang fun with each other. You can tell they have been doing this for awhile. Organized, fun, and challenging! I chose the Tier-1 mission, after completing my 1st lap, I was exhausted! The Endurance Course with mandatory obstacle completion seems extreme if your up for the challenge! Just remember this course includes miles of running through loose, soft beach sand!
