I would rate this nutrition mix a 5 out of 5 Stars. I feel this mix helps my body recoup the calories, hydration, and electrolytes it needs after a brutal OCR course or a great work out because it’s super light on the stomach while it gives you what your body exactly needs to let you continue to give 110% before, during and after your challenge. I use this mix during & after every event since I was introduced.
