Event Details

Swamp Stomp may have been in the same location, but they brought more of their unique challenges to this event that included a tougher course to run with more hills & trails, a few more challenging obstacles to conquer and many fun surprises. All designed around fun, promoting a healthy lifestyle & helping bring awareness & fun back to the campsite.

The obstacles of the course were? Tougher than the previous year. Still very beginner friendly, but challenging enough to know it’s an OCR course.

The most unique or fun obstacle was? Tubes to slide down ( I like slides )
The quality conditions of the obstacles & course were? Well maintained & well marked.
This is a great run for? For all types of athletes, from beginner to elite.
Additional recommendations for those planning to run this event are? Bring a friend! It’s always better to run / compete with people you know.
Overall I would rate this run? (1 – 5 star; 5 is best) 4 Stars. Hillsborough River State Park puts together great events for all to enjoy. They are adding more obstacles every year, and designing a more challenging course, while keeping the fun at an all time high!
