About JDRF

Here’s what they do: Dedicated specifically to raising funds as is the largest charitable supporter of T1D research. They host all types of events designed for family, friends to have a wonderful time together. One event we’re close with is the JDRF One Walk. A 5k road race around Amelia Arena in Tampa!

Your JDRF experience is as competitive as you make it, but it’s designed to raise as much money for their research. Push the pace to try to finish first, rally your team and battle the other teams for bragging rights, or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line. From the elite runner to the generally active individual, JDRF has you covered. They offer photos, medals, water & finisher shirts race for all runners, so you can share your accomplishments with your friends and family.
