About Gasparilla Distance Classic

Here’s what they do: A nonprofit organization dedicated specifically to raising funds for charitable youth organizations and running programs in the Tampa Bay area! These events are designed for family & friends to have a wonderful time filled with beautiful views, together exercising & for top athletes to enjoy a competitive course to race.

Your Gasparilla Distance experience is as competitive as you make it. Push the pace to try to podium, rally your team and battle the other teams for bragging rights, or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line! From the elite runner to the generally active individual, Gasparilla Distance has you covered. They offer timing, photos, medals, water & finisher shirts race for all runners, so you can share your accomplishments with your friends and family. There races have many volunteers to help cheer & motivate you for the entire length of your race (really awesome to see and hear). Plus they award top OA & AG winners.
