The World OCR Championships will bring some of world’s best races and athletes together for one weekend of competition, during which World Champions will be crowned.
OCR World Championships presents – 2019 World Obstacle Course Racing Championships
The World Championship experience is the most competitive event of the year. Rally your team and battle the other teams in your division for bragging rights, or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line! OCRWC is about coming together and accomplishing something you thought could never do. From the elite runner to the generally active individual in the journeymans wave, OCRWC has you covered.

COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:
100m Sprint Championships – This time trial format race puts your fitness to the test with 100 meters of back-to-back obstacles. No qualification necessary.
3K Championships – 15+ obstacles over 3 kilometers will challenge your cardio in an all-out sprint to the finish line.
15K Championships – The capstone event, this 40+ obstacle race will push you to your breaking point and leave no question about whether you’re one of the best OCR racers in the world.
Team Relay Championships – You and two friends tackle 25+ obstacles together over a 6 kilometer course. Test your teamwork across the disciplines of strength, speed, and endurance. No qualification necessary.
7K Individual Open – Bring your friends and family along to experience the sport of OCR! Try to complete 25+ obstacles in a fun, pressure-free atmosphere. No qualification necessary, this event is a fundraiser for a local charity (yet to be announced).

During the race, there will be water stations.

For Runners: Be Early
- Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

Barcode (print or save your registration barcode to your phone.
Towel & extra (dry) clothes
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
Outside food and drink (racers, fuel for the race is OK)
WHAT TO WEAR
There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running up & down a mountain filled with the toughest obstacles from around the world.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), water hydration packs, compression underwear, high socks and headgear.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
