Choose between the 5k race or 5k challenge, whether you’re an experienced runner or seeking to accomplish something extraordinary. COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS
- 5k Race: Throughout the greens of beautiful Great Cove Golf Course
- 5k Challenge: The Challenge Run is the same course as the 5k Race with the addition of challenging exercises (burpees, squats, pushups) at every half mile in honor of veterans who have been nominated by the community

WHAT TO BRING
- Your ID
- Waiver
- Towel & extra (dry) clothes
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
- Outside food and drink (racers, fuel for the race is OK)
- Negative Attitude
WHAT WE RECOMMEND TO WEAR
- There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running or doing burpees, squats, pushups in the challenge run. Dress Appropriately.
- Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), compression underwear & socks and headgear.
- Race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
