You will experience more obstacles and less running as you try to conquer the 30+ obstacles over 4 miles, 16 foot verticle climbs, 20 foot slides, slant walls, inverted walls, over – under – thru with a twist and you will be challenged to survive the terrain.

DISTANCES: 4+ miles
START TIME: Elite Wave 9 am
RACE PACKETS: There will be race day packet pickup
COURSE: 16 foot verticle climbs, 20 foot slides, slant walls, inverted walls, over – under – thru with a twist and you will be challenged to survive the terrain.

ARRIVAL: BE EARLY.
We like to arrive an hour and a half before our start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, meet up with fellow runners and get warmed up before your race begins.

WHAT TO WEAR
There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running, climbing, carrying objects for miles.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), water packs, compression under-gear and energy gels.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
