Located in the historic Navy Yard district, Nationals Park is a race you don’t want to miss. Fans will love running where the professionals play ball and doing burpees in the heart of this world-class stadium. You might even grab a selfie with George Washington or Abraham Lincoln at the finish line!

The Spartan Stadion: Spartan Stadion is a 5 km, 20 obstacle race through the world’s most famous pro sports stadiums. In this modern twist on an ancient Greek tradition, competitors race through every inch of the stadiums where their favorite pro athletes play. The Stadion is a Spartan Trifecta eligible event.
Kids Race: Spartan Kids is a series of obstacle course races — ranging from 800m to 3.2km — specifically designed to get your kids (ages 4-14) outside, feeling accomplished and having fun. They’ll run, jump and crush their way through obstacles, just like the adults.

To be eligible for Spartan awards and cash prizes, you must register for the Spartan Elite wave.
Regular Waves: Attempt or skip obstacles & do burpees, but be safe & have fun.

There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running through trails, mud & water while climbing over walls, underneath nets and ropes. So, dress comfortably.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), compression underwear, high socks & long sleeves.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
