COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:
Distance options: 5k/ 10k
This course is 95% single track, dual track, dirt access roads, with a short stretch on asphalt to get from trailhead to trailhead. This is a perfect course for newcomers to trail running, and an excellent for for veteran trail runner to push for a trail 5k/10k PR. A few spots can be muddy dependent on weather weeks prior (it is trail running 
).

For everyone’s safety, we ask faster runners to line up closer to the front of the start corral, then followed by run/walkers, walkers, and those with strollers ( if allowed ) toward the back.

- Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

There’s no dress code, but you’ll be trail running. So, dress comfortably.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), compression underwear, high socks & long sleeves.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.

We LOVE RunFluent programming, so we know we will love RunFluent events! This is the inaugural run but guaranteed to be fun and perfect distance or beginners with the 5k, yet challenging enough for the distance runners with the 10k! All while bringing in all the pros/elites out to have a great time to try to win some cash & AG awards! You will see us at every RunFluent event we can possibly attend.
