The OCR Overload experience is as competitive as you make it. Race for podium, rally your team and battle the other teams in your division for bragging rights, or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line! OCR Overload is about coming together and accomplishing something you thought could never do. From the elite runner to the generally active individual, OCR Overload has you covered.

COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:
Your abilities will be put to the test as you encounter the massive mud holes and 7, 20 foot rings to the finishers. 140 foot rig at the Waldo Motorsports complex in Waldo, Fl. NO COW PATTIES in the fields, light swamps, muddy streams, rolling pine forests, as well as NEW and exciting obstacles for 2023! This course will challenge even the experienced runners but will set new standards of family fun with a All family Heat for each event.
Get ready for the 2023 edition of the OCR Overload Florida’s Only Championship Point Series OCR Company for Elite Runners!!! This is two day events that will feature a 5k and a 8k (10k & 12k at the end of the year. Nov 4th).

Aid / Water Stations
During the race, there will be water stations.
OCR OVERLOAD takes pride in safety of their gear and rigs with safety checks before each race with a will trained build crew to put the course together for you. At each race they have Medical vets from the military and local Fire and safety EMT’s on point to keep you safe.
RACE SCHEDULE
Saturday:
Elite start time is 8:15am for men and female 8:30am
Open Heats start 8:45am and step off every 15 minutes in waves of 75
Family start times 10:00am.
Sunday:
Start times are limited to 40 athletes per wave. Waves are 15 minutes apart. Waves start 7:45 AM
For everyone’s safety, we ask faster runners to line up closer to the front of the start corral, then followed by run/walkers, walkers, and those with strollers ( if allowed ) toward the back.

Early Friday pickup at 5:30 Friday night with a Friday night walk of the course. There will be race day packet pickup.

For Runners: Be Early
- Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running in dirt ditches and up hills to rigs, climbing monkey bars, crawling under and on things.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), compression underwear, high socks and headgear.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
