COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:
The Gut Check 5k – All Terrain Run is part trail and mud run with a healthy dose of Mother Nature’s obstacles mixed in for fun. You’ll also find some hills, hollers, streams, ponds and new and improved EPIC slip-n-slides. Everyone can do it as long as you have the drive and determination to keep going, not quit and in the words of Joe Dirt, “keep on keepin’ on.“ Be sure to grab your family, friends, coworkers and come join us for one of the most enjoyable events in Central Illinois on the amazing Big Horse Vineyards.

For everyone’s safety, we ask faster runners to line up closer to the front of the start corral, then followed by run/walkers, walkers, and those with strollers ( if allowed ) toward the back.

For Runners: Be Early
- Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

Barcode (print or save your registration barcode to your phone.
Towel & extra (dry) clothes
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
Outside food and drink (racers, fuel for the race is OK)
No Pets Allowed
WHAT TO WEAR
There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running through trails, possibly with mud & hills, waterfalls, streams and an EPIC slip-n-slide. So, dress comfortably.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), compression underwear, high socks & long sleeves.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
