5k & 1 Mile Fun Run or do the Christmas Cookie Challenge & run BOTH!

Parking is $4 cash per car and is collected by the park at the gate.

COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:
You will run 2 laps on the bike trails in Bill Frederick Park.
Note: this is a fun run and the course is not a certified 5K and is not officially timed. We approximate the distance based on terrain and accessibility.
Jogging strollers and large wheel strollers will be fine on the course. We advise against small wheel strollers.
Aid / Water Stations:
Will be stationed on course
Packet Pick-up:
Packet Pickup will be at the run. Gates open and check-in begins at 8:00 AM.
RACE SCHEDULE
The 1 mile run will begin at 9:00 AM and the 5K at 9:30 AM. Will be released in “mini waves” every few minutes until everyone has crossed the start line.

There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running through trails. So, dress comfortably.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), compression underwear, high socks & trail shoes.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes & clothes on race day are NOT recommended.
