A mud obstacle run that is truly meant for the kids. Their goal is to provide a course that will challenge all ages and levels of ability–from first time participants to avid runners. While wanting to help participants to achieve something they they may not have considered possible. Some obstacles may seem difficult while others are ‘a piece of cake’. Accomplish whatever you can!

The Case Creek Obstacles experience is as competitive as you make it. Push the pace & race for podium, rally your team and battle the other teams for bragging rights, or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line! Case Creek Obstacles events are about coming together and accomplishing goals, in places you love to do it in. From the elite runner to the generally active individual, Case Creek Obstacles has you covered.

COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:
There will be at least 8 obstacles in the main area. There will be a 1/8 mile walk to watch most of the remaining obstacles. The planned obstacles are: Pyramid, Balance Beams, Tire Run, A-Frame Climb Over, Log Jam, Mud Trench, 4-Foot Wall, Mud Pits, Rope swing and Creek Cross, Creek Bridge, and the Commando Military Crawl. We will have some special pre-run Ninja obstacles this year as well.
The following obstacles will probably be in the main area: Tire Wall, Ninja Jump Boxes, Ninja Scaling Wall, Weight Lift, Cargo Net, Tunnels, Net Crawl, and the 4-Foot Wall.
Aid / Water Stations
First Aid personnel will be on hand for minor injuries. Trinity Medical hospital is within 10 minutes of our location.

For Runners: Be Early
- Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running in trails, possibly swimming through a creek and climbing over obstacles and carry objects.
Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), water hydration packs, compression underwear, high socks and headgear.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
