COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:

All new course is a 5K Adventure Run for Everyone filled with 35+ obstacles. It’s located on a farm in Coal Valley IL . You’ll run up and down hills, thru pastures, woods, and rugged terrain. We’ll provide you with a challenging course that is suited for Everyone . We are having some special pre-race Ninja obstacles this year as well as climbing walls, cargo net, mud pits, monkey bars and much more . A great 5k mud and obstacle Adventure run. Very scenic course .

Aid / Water Stations
First Aid personnel will be on hand for minor injuries. Trinity Medical hospital is within 10 minutes of our location.

US OCR & OCRWC Qualifying Event

Spectators

$7.00 registration – There will be at least 3 obstacles in the main area. These obstacles will most likely be in the main area as well: Tire Wall, Ninja Scaling Wall, and Weight Lift. There will also be a 1/2 mile walk to watch the monkey bars over water event, if you really want to see it.

ARRIVAL

For Runners: Be Early

Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
