The BoldrDash experience is as competitive as you make it. Rally your team and battle the other teams in your division for bragging rights, or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line! BoldrDash is about coming together and accomplishing something you thought could never do. From the elite runner to the generally active individual, BoldrDash has you covered.

COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:
THIS IS A TRAIL RUN – THERE ARE NO OBSTACLES
Our 5K (3 mile) Course is a relatively flat course with some technical running element
Our 5 Mile Course includes the full 5K (3 mile) trails, Plus added technical trails and more significant elevation.
Our 8 Mile Combo Course – Run the 3 mile course then complete the full 5 mile course for additional elevation and technical terrain.
Multi-Lap Course – rund the 5 mile course as many times as you can before the Start Line Closes at 12:00pm. How many laps can you get in before the ghouls get the best of you?
Aid / Water Stations
During the race, there will be water stations.

For everyone’s safety, we ask faster runners to line up closer to the front of the start corral, then followed by run/walkers, walkers, and those with strollers ( if allowed ) toward the back.

- Water REFILL stations along the course – please come prepared with your personal hydration containers.

- Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), water hydration packs, compression underwear, high socks and headgear.
Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
