Here’s what they do: Bonefrog provides a challenging and safe “Navy SEAL experience” that allows you to run a mile or 3 or 9 (Sprint,Challenge,Tier-1 & Endurance) in their shoes for a day.

Your Bonefrog experience is as competitive as you make it. Push the pace for a podium finish, rally your team and battle the other teams for bragging rights or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line with your 100% completion band! Bonefrog obstacles are designed to test your functional fitness with the same style obstacles Navy SEALs use to train on for combat. For example you will have to overcome pull ups/dips in remembrance of fallen soldiers, a grenade toss (not a real one!!), logs & tires to climb over, but you’ll also have a few challenging rigs & end your experience with the Black Ops obstacle – a nice wall to climb with a inclined monkey bars at the top right before your finish line. From the elite runner to the generally active individual, Bonefrog has you covered. They offer timing, photos, medals, and finisher shirts for all runners, so you can share your accomplishments with your friends and family. They also award OA winners & is an OCRWC/Noram qualifying course!
