The BIGDOGBRAG experience is as competitive as you make it. Rally your team and battle the other teams in your division for bragging rights, or simply make it your goal to cross the finish line! BIGDOGBRAG is about coming together and accomplishing something you thought could never do. From the elite runner to the generally active individual, BIGDOGBRAG has you covered.

COURSE OPTIONS & DETAILS:

Choose either the 5k course with all 25 obstacles or the 2k (more fun, than run) with 12 of our funnest obstacles and muddiest mud pits…fun for the whole family.

Aid / Water Stations
During the race, there will be water stations.

RACE SCHEDULE

First wave starts at 8:30 a.m. and will continue every 20 minutes until NOON. If you know you are going to run the full 5k course, you will be released right at the 15 minute time slot…we will hold the 2k or families with small kids back 5 minutes on each wave to make sure our “little dog” participants and families have plenty of space to play and have fun on the first part of the course. However, EVERY wave is available for both 5k and 2k participants.

For everyone’s safety, we ask faster runners to line up closer to the front of the start corral, then followed by run/walkers, walkers, and those with strollers ( if allowed ) toward the back.

Pricing Structure

Adults 11 and up are ONLY $34 per person for a limited time! Regularly $49

KIDS 5-10 REGISTRATION IS FREE (Reg $29) YIP!!! FREE MEANS FREE!! No weird processing fee or “venue/insurance fee”, just plain ‘ole $0. All kids 5-10 must run with someone 14 or up who is registered so bring the whole family and make some MUDDY memories together!

Shirts are not included in this free kids registration but can be purchased during registration or on race day, but everything else is INCLUDED: finisher dog tag, kids commemorative bib, event photos, BIG DOG tattoo, choice of the 5k or 2k course … we hear you…your little dog can run laps around you, so you be the judge of just how far and how many obstacles you are up for on race day…IT’S STILL FREE FOR KIDS 5-10 no matter which route you choose.

Packet Picket

Early Packet pick up time and location will be announced a couple weeks before the race.

You can also pick up your bib and t-shirt on race day….just show up about an hour before your wave time and go to the CHECK IN FLAG at the big white tent.

Arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, find your friends & get warmed up.

There’s no dress code, but you’ll be running through trails, mud & water while climbing over walls, underneath nets and ropes. So, dress comfortably.

Our elites recommend: performance gear (NOT COTTON), compression underwear, high socks & long sleeves.

Advice from experience: is to race in what you train in – new shoes on race day are NOT recommended.
